Creative Writing club is a new initiative, set up by the Librarian this year, which has given pupils in year 7 the opportunity to improve their creative writing skills. We meet once every two weeks, at lunch time, and look at different ways of developing their writing; including vocabulary building, improved descriptive language, using our senses, building character profiles and successful planning.
Pupils who successfully complete the programme will be awarded with a certificate and will hopefully see a big improvement in their writing skills across the curriculum.
